Fcuk® Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund subject to the exceptions below.
Please get in touch with our support team to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Exceptions:
- Personalised or custom products are non-refundable. Please choose carefully.
- Intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Digital products or services cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded or used.
- Sale items or special offers may have different terms which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and with original tags and packaging intact. Please follow instructions provided with your RMA number to pack, seal and attach the return label securely.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged returns prior to receipt in our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
Refunds
Once your return is received and accepted, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used to complete your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund transaction to reflect in your account.
Refunds may be adjusted for any discounts or promotions applied to the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For purchases made by credit or debit cards, most refunds will process back to the original card. For other payment methods, contact support for refund details.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or other available variant, please initiate a return as above and place a new order for the alternate item.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement. Processing may take 1-2 additional days during sales or peak times.
You will receive an order confirmation email with details when processing is complete and shipment occurs.
Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Full details of shipping methods and pricing are available at checkout.
We utilize standard shipping via UPS, DHL, Aramex as well as local postal services for smaller parcels. Expedited and express options are available for an additional cost.
Free Shipping Offers
We may at times offer free standard shipping on orders over a minimum amount. Eligible orders will have the shipping cost deducted at checkout.
Free shipping excludes expedited or express methods, oversized/overweight items, PO Box/APO/FPO addresses and special shipping zones including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on stock availability, customs, destination and other factors. General timeframes are:

Tracking Information

Receiving Packages
